Mix all the ingredients in your cauldron or stove till boiling point and then use a strainer to separate the ingredients from the now yellowish liquid potion. And as the incantation is said, have the two souls(people) inhale the potion smoke while it’s fresh out of the cauldron or use it as a perfume for discretion and easier to inhale.
